2012 SERMONS

January 8 through March 25
Our theme for the year has to do with developing a passionate faith.  This series, leading up to Passion Week, will touch upon the kinds of things that make faith passionate: confession, prayer, contentment, etc.

April 8 through July 29
Starting on Easter Sunday, this series will ask the questions that God and His servants have asked in Scripture, the kinds of questions that will draw us out of a complacent faith.

August 5 through October 28
We will look at examples of Biblical characters who demonstrated passion for God in the way they lived.

November 4 through November 25
The stewardship series will focus on four parables told by Jesus about the joy of passionate, committed giving.

December 2 through December 30
The Advent series will ask four passionate questions about the need for, and the reality of , God’s incarnation in Jesus.
